Shipping & Returns
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using our preferred carrier, UPS. If you need your items shipped via a different carrier please send us a message from the Contact Us page and we will arrange delivery via the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.
We have recently updated ALL items to include FREE SHIPPING!
Free shipping is only available via UPS Ground to the contiguous United States.
Damaged or missing items upon delivery: If there is any damage to the package, or if merchandise is missing, please keep the original shipping carton and contact us immediately so we can issue a damage claim with the carrier. Please do not return the merchandise without taking this action, as it delays the replacement of the order and/or the issuance of a credit.
Returns: Items may not be returned without prior authorization from Peak Media, Inc. No credit will be issued on unauthorized returns. Items may not be returned after 30 days from the date of purchase. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and must be shipped to Peak Media, Inc. or the originating warehouse prepaid. All sales are final on video equipment.
